1. PROMOTION PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY. The Presto Italiano! Instant Win Game (the game) Starts on August 1st, 2007 and ends November 30th, 2007, or when supplies of specially Marked game pieces are exhausted. The game is open legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Presto Italiano! And Robust Promotions, LLC and their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household as such employees are not eligible to enter or win
2. TO OBTAIN A GAME PIECE. You will receive a game piece with purchase of any pasta entrée, sub or dinner salad. While supplies of game pieces last. OR, you may request a game piece without making a purchase by sending a self addressed, hand written, stamped envelope to: Robust Promotions, LLC., 103 South Villa Avenue, Villa Park, IL 60181. You must include a 3X5 piece of paper on which you have hand written “Presto Italiano! Instant Win Game”. Game piece request without this information (or mechanically produced request) will not be honored. Limit of one game piece per request and one request per outer postmarked envelope. Free game piece request must be post marked by October 31st, 2007 and received by November 5th, 2007 while supplies last. Neither Presto Italiano! Or Robust Promotions, LLC are responsible lost, late, illegible,
misdirected, incomplete or postage due game piece request.
3. HOW TO PLAY. To determine whether you have won a prize, gently the designated area of the game piece. If a prize message is revealed, you are the winner of the prize indicated, subject to verification. If the words “Sorry. Try again” or “Sorry. No prize this time” appear, or if the game piece is blank or contains any other message you are not a prize winner.
4. PRIZES / ODDS. A total of 4801 are available. Grand prize, $1000.00, Maximum Approximate Retail Value (APV): $1000.00. Odds of winning 1:4801. First Prize (Group A) (360) up to $6.49 Maximum Approximate Retail Value (APV): $6.49. Odds of winning 1:7.5. Second prize (Group B) (3240) up to 1.99 Maximum Approximate Retail Value (APV): 1.99. Odds 2:3.Total Maximum Approximate retail Value of all prizes is $9784.00.
5. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE. On your next visit, or next order, bring the game piece to Presto Italiano. Prizes must be redeemed by November 30th, 2007. Taxes due on the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions are allowed. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Game pieces are subject to verification and are void if copied, forged, altered or tampered with in any manner.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By participating, participants agree to these official rules. All game materials (including prize claims) submitted become the sole property of Presto Italiano and will not be returned. The game is subject to applicable to all federal and state laws. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, entrant agrees that ot release Presto Italiano! and Robust Promotions, LLC and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, if any, harmless for any claim related to the acceptance of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the name and likeness for advertising and promotional use, except where prohibited by law,
Game pieces are void if not obtained through authorized channels or if game piece is contains printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors. Liability for an irregular game piece limited to replacement with another (randomly selected) game piece, while supplies last. If, due to a production or other error there are more prize claims than prizes stated in these official rules, a random drawing will be held among all eligible claimants in any such prize category.
