How can you make the lunches you provide more successful?

It's easy. Three important facts.

First: the food
Doctors will not show up for a lunch of soggy pizza and cheap subs. But they will for authentic Italian dishes like Jumbo Cheese Ravioli, Tortellini and Manicotti. Include Breadsticks, Garlic Bread and Cannolis and you will see more doctors. The smell of authentic Italian food alone will bring them in!

Second: the presentation
Doctors will not rummage through a bunch of bags looking for an Egg Foo Yung or whatever else is dropped off. Buth they will for theme decorated and properly presented food.

Third: the temperature
Doctors will not come for cold or tepid food. Buth they will for food kept at proper temperatures. All of our caterings are served buffet style in chafing dishes that allow the doctors to come in at anytime and still enjoy properly heated food.
