All of the pasta we serve is 100% durum semolina only and is always cooked "al dente"; never mushy.

Our sauces are made "on-site" from old family recipes.

The menu includes your choice of pasta served with marinara, sugo de carne (meat sauce), Alfredo or Pesto sauce. Pasta choices are spaghetti, fettuccine or penne regati, Also, you can add meatballs, Italian sausage, grilled chicken strips or shrimp to your meal.









We also offer vegetarian choices and whole wheat pasta.

A freshly baked garlic breadstick is included with each entrée.
